Stella Anne in New York

I recently flew to New York City for my first piano recital.  It was fun but I also had to practice everyday, right after school!  My recital was at Carnegie Hall, a huge building built in 1890 by of course Mr. Carnegie. Carnegie opened it doors on May 5, 1891.

We took a ride on a ferry and got to see the Statue of Liberty.  A huge green lady, she is very important. The Statute of Liberty was constructed beginning in 1875. She was open on Oct. 28, 1886. The Statute of Liberty stands approx. 305 feet from the ground!!!

I also went to the American Girl Store.

I met my twin, Tapasita.

Here I am with Tapasita. Only I can call her Tapi.

In New York City you can walk almost anywhere.  I never got tired.
