These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by So Iris.com, all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

  • Pricing

Prices may change at our discretion.

  • Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations outside the State of Texas will not be charged tax. Your purchase is exempt merely because it is made over the Internet.

 

  • Return Rights and Instructions

The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit. If you decide you want the same item, we will not be liable if that product is no longer available. Shipping charges will not be refunded. See below to determine how to proceed for return.

 

  • Returning Yellow Box or Grazie Footwear

Footwear cannot be replaced or give store credit until the manufacture has approved the return of the footwear. The footwear cannot show any signs of been worn.
1. Email iris@soiris with date of purchase, amount of purchase, style of shoe, your name and address.
2. Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose a copy of the email you sent. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
3. After examining the item and if the item is in the same condition as when we shipped to you, we will ship back to manufacture for them to inspect. This process can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks before a decision is made. If a decision is made to issue a new pair, that can be done if the product is still available. If the product is not available we will issue a store credit.

  • Reason for Return:

My order was damaged during delivery (or other quality concerns).

  • Photo Return

If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:
1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
2. Email the image to iris@soiris.com.
3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the replacement based on your photos.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
If you are unable to complete an Photo Return, or your order does not qualify for Photo Return, please contact iris@soiris.com or at 361/815-3211.

  • Reason for Return:

I changed my mind; it doesn’t look like I thought it would in my space.
Return Your Shipment
If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, we invite you to return it for store credit (minus shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
4. Email iris@soiris with date of purchase, amount of purchase, your name and address. Include the name of the new item you would like to exchange it for.
5. Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose a copy of the email you sent. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
6. After examining the item and if the item is in the same condition as when we shipped to you, we will typically issue you a store credit within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

 

  • Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement or store credit.

  • Disclaimer

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

  • Modification And Sever ability

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies, our Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale at any time and in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our policies, terms and conditions each time you visit the website. Your continued use of the website after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
